Technology, product, and business.

I’m Ahmadreza Samadi, a technology entrepreneur based in Dubai. My work brings together product strategy, engineering, and business execution, from understanding a market problem to building the systems that address it.

I’m the Co-Founder & Technical Lead at Appraiva, where I lead the technical foundation of an AI-driven real estate intelligence platform. My responsibilities span product architecture, data systems, AI workflows, and cloud infrastructure, alongside customer discovery and go-to-market strategy. The platform helps investors and developers discover and assess property opportunities through imagery analysis and enriched property data.

Before Appraiva, I worked across enterprise data engineering, machine learning, software development, and business consulting. At Oxfam Novib, I built Azure-based data infrastructure supporting CRM migration and analytics. At MCI, I developed predictive customer segmentation systems. My work in education technology and real estate consulting extended that experience into product infrastructure and customer-facing workflows.

Those experiences shape how I approach entrepreneurship. I start with the customer’s problem, identify where technology can make a useful difference, and connect the product decisions with the engineering required to deliver it.

I’m interested in building technology businesses, developing practical applications of AI, and working with people who bring complementary industry knowledge, commercial experience, and technical expertise.
