Ahmadreza Samadi is a technology entrepreneur based in Dubai and the Co-Founder & Technical Lead at Appraiva, where he is building AI real estate intelligence tools for investors and developers.

His work spans product architecture, AI workflows, data systems, cloud engineering, customer discovery, and go-to-market strategy. He is interested in how technology becomes a useful business: understanding a problem, developing a product people can use, and making the decisions needed to deliver it reliably.

Before Appraiva, Ahmadreza worked in data engineering at Oxfam Novib, machine learning at MCI, and product and data development in education technology. He also advised Bayshire Realty on digital strategy and AI-enabled operations.
